Developing a theory of change for the Oxfordshire Play Association

Elizabeth is working with the Oxfordshire Play Association, the University of Oxford and their partners to develop a theory of change to help evidence and evaluate their work. This is part of a wider project which aims to improve the provision of play for children in deprived areas and support the development of resources for parents.
